Fall Festival
October 31
On Thursday, October 31, we will hold our annual Family Fun Night. Everyone is welcome to join us for what is always a fun evening and a great time of fellowship. Our members will bring delicious homemade chilis and soups, and we’ll also enjoy homemade desserts. The evening’s activities will include a bonfire, a hayride, a piñata, and cornhole. There is no cost for this event.
The activities will begin at 5:30. We would love to see you and your family here!
Military Appreciation Day

Military Appreciation Day is a time of recognition and encouragement for those in our community who serve or have served in our nation’s armed forces. You and your family are encouraged to join us at Good News Baptist Church as we honor our men and women in uniform.
We welcome Michael Sproul, Chaplain, Brigadier General, USAF (Ret.), as our guest speaker. If you have questions or want invitations to pass on to your military friends, please get in touch!
Thanksgiving Community Outreach
November 15
From 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday, November 15, we are excited to host a special community event in partnership with Operation Blessing. Everyone who joins us will hear a gospel message and receive a delicious meal. Each family will get groceries for a full Thanksgiving meal, including a turkey. Those with children will receive toys for Christmas. We will also introduce you to several organizations and resources in the community that can be a help to you.

Thanksgiving Praise Service
November 25
“Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.” Psalm 145:3
On Tuesday, November 25, we will have a special praise service at 7:00 pm instead of our usual Wednesday evening prayer service. Members of the church are encouraged to share testimonies about the lessons God is teaching them and His blessings on their lives this year, and give all the glory to Him for the great things He has done!
